Sound Journey

Step into a peaceful space of healing and inner clarity through the power of sound. This unique Sound Journey class invites you to experience the calming and restorative vibrations of sound bowls, guided by the talented Paula Finney – owner of Creating From Being.

Paula empowers others in their awakening and transformation journeys, helping them create the change they desire with ease and alignment. She’s a certified yoga instructor, Reiki master, Sound Journey facilitator, and a soon-to-be Soma Breathwork instructor.

What to Bring:
– Yoga mat
– Blanket
– Eye mask (optional, for deeper relaxation)

Location: This session will be held outdoors at our beautiful Garden Gazebo, surrounded by nature’s serenity.
