At the Northland Arboretum, you make the extraordinary possible.
Your membership does more than sustain trails and gardens, it nourishes our community. From the vegetables harvested in our gardens that fill local food shelves, to the child discovering their first butterfly in our pollinator gardens, to the runner finding solace on our wooded paths after a long day, every moment of impact traces back to our members.
We believe nature should belong to everyone. Your support as a member is what makes this promise possible, transforming these 413 acres into a living classroom, a sanctuary, and a source of sustenance for the Brainerd Lakes Area.

What’s Included?
All Northland Arboretum memberships include the same basic package, including free admission to the hiking/ski trails, nature playscape and gardens. They also include members-only discounts, a subscription to Arb Life Magazine, email updates, and access to the Reciprocal Admissions Program.
All Inclusive memberships include everything the Arb has to offer + access to our Bike Skills Park and Tot Track.
What is the Reciprocal Admissions Program?
All Northland Arboretum members are automatically enrolled in the American Horticultural Society’s Reciprocal Admissions Program (RAP), which allows free entry into over 300 gardens and arboretums across the United States and Canada by showing your Northland Arboretum membership card.
Please note that the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum requires a reservation even with a RAP membership.
