Learn the Basics of Making Maple Syrup!  


Join Clay Hill Farms, a local maple producer from the Brainerd Lakes area, for an informative introduction to maple syrup production. During this presentation, you’ll learn how to identify maple trees, what equipment is needed for harvesting, and the proper methods for collecting and processing sap into syrup.

After the basics, advanced topics may be discussed, including tubing systems, reverse osmosis, and filtering techniques.
