About the event
The Arb is going off campus! Join us at Clayhill Farm for a hands-on tour of how to collect and process maple syrup. This is an outdoor farm event so dress appropriately! Follow instructors through the woods as you help tap trees, collect sap and learn about how it is boiled down for delicious batches of maple syrup. Learn the difference between light and dark syrup as you sample and taste this amazing local product. Two sessions will be held at 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
