Bird Outings

Join us for a Bird Outting. Offered on May 22nd, and 25th. Come for one or register for both dates. This class is much like our Bird Hikes, but we travel a shorter distance at a relaxed pace and take more breaks for rest. 

Birdwatching is a great stress reliever that’s open to anyone regardless of your nature know-how or physical condition. Birdwatching provides physical benefits as well as cognitive benefits especially for seniors. It will give you the opportunity to learn about the habits of local birds and memorize their appearances, names and calls.
