Enjoy craft beers, fine wines and awesome hors d'oeuvres at the Northland Arboretum Arbor Day Fundraiser.
The evening’s appetizers will be orchestrated by Alan Hudalla, the Culinary Director of Heartwood Catering in Crosby who is the former co-owner and manager of Iven’s on the Bay. A Brainerd native, the College of St. Thomas graduate also managed catering operations and restaurants in Minneapolis and San Francisco. You’ll be impressed by Heartwood’s delicious fresh food with a focus on quality and culinary creativity as well as its exquisite presentation.
Each guest will receive a commemorative wine or beer glass along with a seedling tree to take home.
