Hunting Season and the Arboretum

It's November and that means Deer Season in Minnesota!  The Northland Arboretum is private land and does not allow hunting on the property.  However, our neighbors hunt.  We invite walkers, hikers, runners, dog walkers, bird-watchers, and animal trackers to come out and enjoy the trail system this hunting season.  Although you are safe here at the Arb, we do encourage you to wear bright colors and stay on the trails.  If you see any hunting activity on or near the Arb property, we ask that you call it in immediately to the Visitors Center. Enjoy!

Dogs Are Welcome!walkingcompanions

Dogs need to be leashed for their protection.   Also, please clean up after your dog.  Waste bags are located at the trail head kiosks.
